Bio: Lynda Dexheimer is an Assistant Director of the Writing Program. She has an M.S. in Politics of Development in Latin America from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Lynda enjoyed a career in journalism before becoming an instructor at Rutgers University, working for The Courier News, Inside Media Magazine and The Home News.  Lynda currently coordinates the 201 Research in the Disciplines program and has taught many courses including Basic Composition 100, Composition Skills 098, and English as an Academic Discourse (a course specifically designed for second language learners). She is also a 9th and 11th grade instructor for the Rutgers Future Scholars summer program.

Goeller, Michael

Bio: Michael Goeller is the Associate Director of the Rutgers Writing Program, where he also serves as Director of Instructional Technology, Coordinator of Basic Composition and Director of Summer Programs. He has been teaching literature and writing at Rutgers for over 20 years, during which time he has served as Director of Business & Technical Writing (a program he founded), 101 Coordinator, and Coordinator of the Plangere Writing Center. He has been doing professional development training for five years.

Masiello, Regina

Bio: Regina Masiello is an Assistant Director of the Writing Program and has taught in the Writing Program for over a decade. She coordinated Basic Composition 100 and has been the Expository Writing Coordinator for two years. Regina has taught in our summer programs for high school students, including coordinating the Expository Writing course for the Rutgers Future Scholars Program. She has taught literature and writing at Rutgers for 10 years as well as many preparatory programs for students attending Rutgers.

Votipka, Brendon

Bio: Brendon Votipka has been teaching in the Rutgers Writing Program since 2010 and currently serves as an Assistant Director. Brendon is the Director of The Plangere Writing Center at College Avenue Campus and coordinates 301: College Writing and Research, a writing intensive class for transfer students. Brendon's areas of research interest include tutoring and collaborative pedagogy, supporting multilingual writers, Gender and Sexuality studies, History and Theatre. Brendon is also a professional dramaturg and playwright.
